1. Definitions

• You must not be self-excluded from gaming activities or prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. The name on your account must match the name on your government-issued identification and bank account.
• You may hold only one account with caka4d. Creation of multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of caka4d or any of its affiliated entities.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. caka4d reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time and to suspend or close your account if you fail to meet these requirements or provide false information.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. You will create a unique username and password to access your account. This information must match the documentation you will provide during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your username or password with any third party
• Immediately notify caka4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out from your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered by the platform

caka4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions and bets placed.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to verify your identity, caka4d requires all users to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals. You must provide:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

caka4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following verified payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (subject to VIP tier limits)
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• Payment Source: Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Currency: Only Indonesian Rupiah is accepted. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at our prevailing exchange rate.

caka4d does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such charges. Deposits cannot be cancelled once processed.

6. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per day for standard accounts; higher limits available for VIP members
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically approved within 2-6 hours. Funds are transferred to your bank account or e-wallet within 24 hours of approval.
• Verification: First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 require completed KYC verification.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposits and bonuses must meet stated wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 7 for bonus-specific wagering terms.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

caka4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification before processing large withdrawals. We also reserve the right to decline or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

caka4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the promotion details:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms (typically 7-30 days).
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots 100%, live casino 10-20%, sports betting 50-100% depending on odds.

8. Responsible Gaming

caka4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on net losses over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after continuous play for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing caka4d services for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes
• Money laundering or structuring deposits/withdrawals to avoid detection
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Using VPN or proxy services to mask your location
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without valid justification
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward staff or other users

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• caka4d provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and applicable Indonesian law to the extent it does not conflict with our operating license. Any disputes arising from your use of caka4d services shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
